Paid Time Off (PTO)
Overview
Our paid time off (PTO) policy rewards tenure with the company, offering increased days off as employees progress in their careers. This structure reflects our commitment to recognizing and valuing long-term dedication and contribution.
Note:
PTO is prorated based on your start date and grows with your time at the company - reaching 15 days at year 2, and 20 days at year 5. Plus, team members have the opportunity to earn additional PTO by participating in weekend events!
